BACO Consultants provides professional taxation and legal advice. Engagement starts only after formal documentation and clear instruction from the client. We rely on the accuracy of the data provided by you for FBR and SECP filings.
3. Professional Liability
While we strive for excellence, BACO is not liable for penalties arising from client delays, provision of incorrect information, or changes in government tax laws that occur after advice is rendered.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and proprietary consultancy frameworks on this site are the property of BACO Consultants. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
